Broccoli Cheese Casserole
this recipe is a favorite of mine from my best friend Vicki's family
3 cups COLD cooked rice
(boil 2 cups water, put in one cup white jasmine rice and simmer with a lid on for about 10 minutes or so until the water is gone)
get the biggest jar available of cheese whiz
2 small OR one large bag of frozen chopped broccoli (cook it according to directions)
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
zap the cheese whiz with the lid off for 30 seconds and stir. then do it again. add it to the cold cooked rice, the cooked broccoli (doesn't matter if broccoli is hot), the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. put in a large casserole dish. (i always use the see through pyrex) bake at 350 for about an hour or until the cheese is bubbling.
